The Kenya Coast Field (KCF) is one of the administrative units of the East Kenya Union Conference (EKUC) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Headquartered in Mombasa along Bamburi Mtambo road 2.7 Kilometers from Bamburi Junction along Mombasa Malindi road, KCF oversees the work of the church across several counties including Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi, Taita Taveta, Parts of Makuweni, Lamu, Tanariver Garissa, Wajir and Mandera. Its mandate is to coordinate the spiritual, educational, health, and evangelistic mission of the Adventist Church in this region which is largely un-entered, ensuring that members and institutions are well supported in fulfilling the church’s mission of spreading the gospel and serving communities.
As part of EKUC, KCF plays a vital role in linking local congregations and institutions to the broader vision of the Adventist Church in Kenyan Coast and the global mission of the General Conference. The Field provides leadership, training, and administrative oversight, working closely with pastors, church leaders, and members. Through evangelistic campaigns, community outreach and discipleship programs for Children, youths, men and women, KCF fosters spiritual growth and strengthens the Adventist presence in Kenyan coast and the Northern frontier.
Beyond its spiritual mission, KCF manages a network of Adventist schools, medical facilities, and community service projects that impact the lives of thousands. These institutions not only promote Christian values but also contribute to the social and economic well-being of the communities they serve. With a strong focus on holistic ministry—addressing both spiritual and practical needs—KCF though un-entered but continues to be a strategic mission center of the East Kenya Union Conference.
