The facility was inaugurated on May 12th, 1998 by the then General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Church’s president Elder Robert S. Folkenberg. Its initial purpose was to serve as a Seminary for Literature Evangelists hence the name Literature Ministry Seminary (LMS).
However, the institution is now a preferred destination for both Adventists and Non-Adventist who seek relaxation, meditation, comfort and health living insights in a Christian environment. The Guest House offers superior accommodation services, meeting rooms and healthy lacto-vegetarian meal plans.

Adventist LMS Guest House & Conference Centre has a total of 55 accommodation rooms, 5 conference halls, 2 restaurants,and full-fledged laundry service unit. The facility is served by high speed internet connection accessible to all in-house guests

The LMS Guest House is located in the prime area of Kilimani along Jakaya Kikwete Road (Formerly Milimani Road). It boarders Statehouse, Serena Hotel, Panafric Hotel, Nairobi Provincial Police Headquarters and Ethics & Anti-corruption Commission (EACC)

The hotel facility is open 24/7 but we control movements from 22:00 hrs in the night. Our check-out time is at 10 o’clock in the morning and check-in time is limitless
